You have the inalienable right to live and develop healthily and to have a name and surname from birth. Children born to married parents and children born to unmarried parents have equal rights.
PARENTS DIVORCE
If your parents separate, you have the right to communicate with both of them, regardless of which parent you live with. Your right to communicate directly and regularly must be ensured.
When your parents separate, you will live with one of them. Your place of residence is determined by mutual agreement between your parents, by making a joint decision that satisfies everyone. When deciding which parent you will live with, your wishes and views must be taken into account.
LIFE SEPARATELY FROM PARENTS
If you are 16 years old and would like to live separately from your parents, you must obtain their permission. You, your parents, or guardians should apply to the district court of your place of residence for recognition of your legal capacity as a minor. Only after obtaining full legal capacity can you enter into contracts.
