Limitation of liability
The information hosted on the portal is the property of the Council of Lithuanian Youth Organisations and may be used in other media or information media, indicating the portal as a source of information with an active link to www.žinauviską.lt website.

The dissemination of republished information on social networks is only allowed if the uploaded link leads to the text posted on www.žinauviską.lt and not to the website of the republisher. Only 20% of the original information may be republished. A written agreement must be concluded with the organisations that regularly republish information.
Procedure for hosting the information submitted on the portal
„Žinau viską“ team follows the following procedure when publishing information submitted by users on the portal:
- The portal provides information on volunteering, learning, study, work, travel, leisure, young people’s rights, the European Union, EU and global opportunities, funding programmes, traineeships, internships, local, national and international events, training, competitions. Generic youth information topics such as health, personal finance management, financial literacy and entrepreneurship, psychological and social support, media information literacy, etc.
- The portal does not publish information relevant to a narrow range of people. It also does not publish information about past events, competitions, conferences, meetings, etc. and their results.
- The only information published free of charge on the portal is that which is non-commercial, provides full or at least partial funding for the participation of young people and youth workers, or charges a nominal fee, e.g. for support, technical and logistical purposes, in order to ensure the implementation of the opportunity offered.
- The portal may publish commercial information that is relevant to young people and has added value. Such a service is provided for a fee to the sender of the information (“Paid Services”). The Paid Services, their price and other terms and conditions shall be agreed in advance with the Eurodesk Lithuania Programme Editor (email: info@zinauviska.lt).
- The sender of the information is responsible for the accuracy of the information. “The Know It All team reserves the right not to publish incorrect information.
- The information received is verified by the Eurodesk Lithuania Programme Editor.
- The newsletter must meet the minimum requirements – it must contain the following information: what (event, conference, meeting, competition, etc.), when (exact date or period when the newsletter is relevant), where (venue of the event, conference, meeting, competition, etc.), deadlines for participation, application, registration, etc, a brief description of the event, conference, meeting, competition, etc. in the news, the requirements for participants (if any), and any necessary contact information.
- The “Žinau viską” team reserves the right to correct and modify the text in order to comply with the normative requirements of the Lithuanian language and the portal’s language stylistics (youthful, clearly understandable language, direct addresses, avoiding formalities), without altering the meaning of the original information sent.
- The sender of the information shall be informed of the decision to publish or not to publish the information sent within 3 working days, giving the reasons for the decision. Where possible, the sender shall be informed of the exact date of publication.
- The flow of information on the portal is regulated by the Eurodesk Lithuania Programme Editor, taking into account that the submitted news is posted on the portal in a timely manner, i.e. before the deadline(s) of the news item(s).
- When publishing the information, the primary source of the information shall be acknowledged with an active link to its website, if available.
Copyright
All copyrights in the material contained in the portal belong to the Council of Lithuanian Youth Organisations, unless otherwise specified. By uploading or posting any material – data, informative texts or other records – you grant the portal copyright in all such information (unless otherwise agreed with the author). The Portal Editor has the right to decide on the submission and editing of information in accordance with the Portal’s internal policy. In the event of reasons which prevent the provision of information on the portal, the portal editor has the obligation to contact the provider of the information and inform him/her of the shortcomings and possible solutions in order to ensure the provision of quality information on the portal.
